OYO 90121 Summer House Bed & Cafe

Before my arrival, the institution sent me at least ten emails (automatically?) Asking for confirmation and continued to send me despite my replies. I received ten emails in two days ... no matter what, the single room I booked was not available on the website. So I was offered a room with a double bed but had to pay extra. In short, a really strange organization.

Cleaning is not done at all. We waited 2 hours for the room to be prepared (we arrived earlier than check-in), but when we entered the room, apart from the made bed, we did not notice cleaning. Other people's hair was scattered everywhere, the bed was damp. The shower is dirty and very wet. Stayed in a hotel of the same quality before, but it was very clean, fresh and pleasant to be in. The girl at the reception is nice, polite - this is the only plus of the hotel. This is where the pros end. Washing is unrealistic because the shower head is located directly above the toilet. The water in the sink does not go away, it just fills up, and you had to scoop out the water. Moreover, we found bad reviews later about this hotel, it is also on Booking, but under a slightly different name. And there they also talked about these disadvantages, but nothing was done in a positive direction.
