At a minimum, you need to install air conditioning
I liked the location nature, mountains, greenery. The room was clean, all appliances worked
A bunch of shortcomings, firstly, the room is not heated, it is terribly cold at night, and secondly, there is no transport back from there, including a taxi. I had to hitchhike back. Grated in the kitchen, there is nothing to cook appliances, although there is an electric stove. I think these shortcomings are enough

Beware of becoming a victim like me😡😡
Worse than bad 👎🏻👎🏻
1- No one falls victim, as Amber Court happened to me. It consists of two towers full of workers and workers in a remote area with no restaurants and nothing except a KK supermarket, in which some apartments are invested for rent. 2- Too far from everything 3The owner of the apartments is fraudulent. She took insurance (and this is very normal). The problem is that she is cheating and does not return it..she sent me a message via WhatsApp that the amount will be returned after 7 pm after logging out, and she deluded me that she would return it to the card account A few hours after I left, she sent me a message. If I wanted the money, I had to come to the apartments..and I told her that I was a tourist and not a resident. I traveled She replied that I would come back to return the money to me😡😡 4- The apartment's furniture is dilapidated and the building is old
