Mostly the staff. As soon as I arrived, they wanted to charge me twice as much, but luckily I had the reservation with me, which also showed the price. Breakfast goes beyond all borders. We waited 1h 25min for scrambled eggs. In the menu "squeezed orange juice selected" get Tetrapack cocktail at the end. The food was extremely cold and we didn't get what we wanted at all. We didn't get coffee after waiting 1 hour 50 minutes. The next day we didn't want to have breakfast. At the pool, 2 other families were served next to us, no one had served us, not even asked what we wanted, although I had called the waitress 3 times. In the end I had to get my own coffee and tea from the bar and look around for a table to put the drinks on. I don't know if it was racism, or on purpose, or if the staff just doesn't know how to serve their guests. A smile would not be bad from the staff, but there are no smiles. I have already advised my colleagues who also wanted to go there to visit and they will not go there under any circumstances, and I therefore also advise against those who read this.
