the shower is unusable, no water or just a little flow, the room was not secured, the handle was missing on the window, the TV only with You Tube programs, the breakfast is miserable, no real coffee, 3/4 cards are not available, the booking was not received, I arrived unable to pay by credit card, in the evening the staff does the dishes until midnight or even more, and at night there are staff who do not respect the silence for those who sleep.

Incompetent staff, at the reception did not know what I booked on booking.com. It is not possible to pay by credit card, but the site indicates that this method of payment is available. The room did not match the description at all, a very dark room, with no means of ventilation. Direct view of the establishment's restaurant, repeated power cuts. It was not clean and the fittings were damaged. The first night we asked for an extra towel as there was only one. And we were told that they would give it to us the next day. But we are still waiting. Same for the room, we asked to be moved and they said we can the next day. We are also waiting. No soundproofing! Noise from morning to evening. The room is located at the reception level, in the morning we could hear the staff very loudly yelling, talking and laughing since 6am without worrying about the customers and walking back and forth in front of our room where their pantry is. And music from the restaurant that plays all day long. We waited over 2 hours before getting our order at the restaurant. However, this one was empty, so I didn't understand all that waiting. And when they came to serve us, they only brought us one of the two dishes we ordered. Had to wait at least another 30 minutes for the second course to arrive as they didn't know the second course was ordered. In addition, half of the dishes on the menu were not available. I shortened my stay. Never forget about your personal belongings. We forgot a thing and when we called them they told us they didn't find it. We decided to go back to check and coincidentally they found it. The description of this establishment is not true.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding Covid 19, I dare not evaluate a restaurant that does not actually operate in the establishment and without a variety of food or drink offerings.

There is nothing to criticize, we were very pleased. Breakfast may be a reason for improvement because breakfast is only available at a fixed price for a fixed price. But there is a really great restaurant in the next building that also offers breakfast options.
