The hotel looks like a precise copy of budget hotel chain's one in Europe. The hotel staffs are polite and helpful. Wifi speed is as fast as expected by the room rate. ◆The hotel is located in the center of Kisumu downtown. There is a high-end grocery store "Food Plus" and money changers within walking distance. However,few restaurants are satisfactory in downtown, so it is recommended that you stuff your stomach with hotel's breakfast. ◆The nearest liquor store from the hotel is near Google coordinates "-0.099159,34.751739". nearby that serve nice Ugali and Nyama at low price. If you wanna go there, you'd better come back before dark. The North-western outside area of Kisumu downtown looks not safe in the night. ◆I had a comfortable stay in this hotel but overall i can't deny that the rate is a bit overprice.

There are several restaurants in this neighborhood that serve delicious ugali and nyama. If you're going to go, it's better to go while it's still bright. I don't think you should wander around the northwestern area of downtown at night. ◆I was satisfied because it was a comfortable stay, but I can't deny that the price was a little too high.
