Facilities, staff and amazing food, the best there is in Kenya
There was loud music at the event and it was annoying. It's far from Kisumu
Overall, we had a good time at this hotel near Kisumu. The room is big, the beds are comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is very good.
Unfortunately, we didn't like the food in the restaurant. During our stay there was a slightly bigger party on the premises which was unfortunately very loud.
The location of the resort in the countryside is good, very quiet and the beautiful green areas are very well maintained.
But there is nothing around, so you are more or less stuck in a resort. The staff is ready but relatively incompetent (poorly trained). A lot of things didn't work (safe, wifi, hot water partially, toilets were flushed, bed linen was not changed, clean towels were sometimes brought only on request).
Large bedroom, gardens, pool
Air conditioning noise Loud music in the restaurant
The big nice room with a good bed. Most gave the impression of quality.
The patio door to our room 606 would not close. The lock was inserted incorrectly.
