change cleaning company and staff, not nice to be
very dirty, everywhere there was someone’s long hair, the bed and towels were gray, either dirty or washed out, they couldn’t take off their shoes, socks stuck to the floor, the staff was not friendly, it was as if they had heard about booking for the first time, there was no paper (
