I liked everything!!! We met very well! They told everything where the gas station is, where the shops are, even where to change money))) The staff is excellent!! The room is clean!!! All requests were fulfilled quickly and clearly. dog, and she is not small (Doberman), but well-mannered. We invited her to breakfast. If we come to Nur Sultan again, we will know where to stay. There were four children with us, everyone is delighted!!! Waiting for the next trip))) Impressions from the hotel are excellent. Thank you very much to all the employees!!!)))

I am glad that my choice fell on this hotel. I did not regret at all that we chose it for our family vacation, although there were also disadvantages, but about them a little later. We stayed in a deluxe room. The room itself is quite spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and pretty. The staff is friendly, welcoming. Separately, I want to tell you about the restaurant, we were delighted with the food. The food is always fresh and the portions are huge. This institution is apparently in demand among the local population, because in the evenings there were always visitors to the restaurant. However, there was no noise in the room.
