I regretted choosing this place. It's bad anyway.
About 1000 yen cheaper than others.
No main lighting. It is on the bed for the time being, but it is dark. It's dark and hard to work on the computer. I can't read books. The air conditioner smells like dust and mold. Within 5 minutes of entering, the runny nose and sneezing did not stop. There was moldy stains in the bathroom.

Close to work, unnecessarily large, comfortable towels
There is no sense of cleanliness by the reception staff, and it takes a long time for the bath water to get warm

In front of Penny Lane Shukugo
It's in front of the Penny Lane Shukugo store, so I had a delicious breakfast there.

There is a tatami room at this location.
I am satisfied, but I was surprised to hear the noise of the same party late at night. Also, I asked for a non-smoking room, but even though I was non-smoking at that time, I was worried about the faint smell of cigarettes, as if I had smoked before. However, it was a satisfying content near the city center.
