Rifugio sul mare - Torre Vado

What couldn't be better??? Almost all. The living room is sparsely furnished, unlike the photos from Booking.com. We had to pay 50 euros for cleaning, but on arrival it was far from clean. There are very few basic necessities in the kitchen such as kettle, bread knife, towels and tea towels, kitchen towel. The bathrooms are small, bad and very dated. After the shower everything was soaking wet. The sink leaked, the faucets were badly corroded. A set of bath and bed linen had to be paid separately and simply wore out. 2 bedrooms have spartan beds. Due to adversity, we only put 2 mattresses on top of each other in the hope that it will be possible to sleep on it. There was water on the stone floors, so the wooden wardrobe was damp, and so were our clothes. Everything seems sticky, even the bed. Due to the humidity in and around the house, there are pests too. We were supposed to stay 10 nights but after 4 nights with almost no sleep we left after consulting with the host Diego. He negotiated with the owner and in the end we agreed to a partial refund. It's a pity, because the house is very beautiful and beautiful, but it has not been invested in for many years.
