Very poor
The place is good
We were at Villa Pineta from 10th to 16th July and we had to stay until 17th July and booked a room for this period, but we had to leave early due to damage to the sewer, which caused our clothes and towels to get dirty, as well as the bathroom the downstairs room and two bedrooms were not available to us. The owner did not contact us, we had to clean up ourselves

Week of rest.
The villa is exceptional, very large, with panoramic views and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who want to relax and stay away from the chaos. Fully corresponds to what is shown in the photographs. Great barbecue on the terrace where you can comfortably have a snack overlooking the lake. The owner also provides firewood for the barbecue.
Mattresses very uncomfortable in all rooms, small bedroom in the laundry room with bunk beds. It is impossible to sleep on the fold-out sofa, as the mesh is completely broken (needs to be changed). For 6 people, this is, of course, an exception.

Perfect
Fantastic view of Lake Tignale. Very calm.
There were no towels. But we also did not report this and used our 5 days. Downstairs beds were slightly damp in the evening.
