Small but nice apartment, cozy and cozy. Clean, has everything you need (kettle, toaster, crockery, cups, crockery...). Located in a secluded area, but at the same time close to the center, which is a 5-minute walk. You will hear only the sound of the stream and the birds. Comfortable bed and large shower room. Guests can also use the barbecue facilities. Private parking. Sheets and towels can be rented at an additional cost or brought from home. The friendly and helpful owners also run a restaurant/pizzeria that I recommend for both quality and prices. Excellent value for money for those who don't have too many pretensions. Would definitely recommend it and will keep it in mind for my next stay in San Martino d/s.

San Martino is simply beautiful. Cafes, shops for every taste. There is a small ski area. You need to get from the hotel either by ski bus (150 meters to the bus stop) or by car. We had a very tiny studio that had absolutely everything we needed. Including a great outdoor barbecue. Parking at the house. Ground floor, dog walking area. We really enjoyed. Special thanks to the owners for their care. By the way, the family-owned pizzeria has fantastic pizza. We will definitely return!

Very beautiful studio, in the two nights and 3 days I spent in the building I was able to see fog, sun and finally snow. Very well furnished with everything you can use for cooking. In addition, the decorations on display are very beautiful.

Since there is a kitchen, I was able to cook various things by myself. I was traveling alone by bicycle, but I used Poketalk to talk with the owners, and I was able to spend a very enjoyable time. For breakfast, we had cheese, prosciutto, bread, etc. at the restaurant run by the owner, and we ordered pasta and pizza for lunch. It seems that there is also a bar at night. Great location, even better if it's sunny I walk a little, but there is a supermarket, so I can do shopping. I stayed for 3 days, but everyone in my family was kind to me. If I come here again, I would like to stay. Because there is a kitchen, I was able to cook various things myself.
