Beautiful house, complete with everything, clean and welcoming
It wasn't a problem for us, but the lack of WiFi could be blamed by some.
The house has potential, located on the top floor of a historic building and has a renovated kitchen and a beautiful bedroom.
A bit to review the check-in. given that due to mutual connection problems we were NOT able to get in touch with the Host, we were only able to get confirmation of the place by going to the bar in front of the house, then ringing the various bells until we found the owner's neighbor ( very kind) who fortunately was there and opened the apartment herself. I think it is a useful possibility in case of emergency and that it should be signaled in some way, because there is nothing written on the bells. I do not deny that IN SUMMER it can be an accommodation to keep an eye on BUT AT THE MOMENT NOT IN WINTER. In fact, if it's 2 degrees outside (as it was when we arrived) or if you have a powerful convector system that heats up the house in just a few minutes, or if you have to turn it on many hours beforehand. Which in our case did NOT happen. There would be traditional radiators, but they have always been turned off. In the undersized conditions of the heating and ventilation system, in winter for now it can be hot in the kitchen and in the bedroom, keeping the doors tightly closed, but the entrance and the bathroom, which are not served by any split, are both too cold , because from the staircase - the house is ancient and perhaps has stone walls - seriously cold air filters through. Let's just say we knocked our teeth a bit
From the first telephone contact, we noted the kindness and availability of both the owner Yasmina and her father Franco. The apartment is cared for from all points of view and, if we could, we would have liked to stay for more days. Unfortunately we were just passing through. We will definitely come back for several days, and maybe do some shopping, with typical local products and taste them comfortably in that comfortable kitchen. I would like to point out to subsequent guests that I take care of the house because it truly deserves it. Congratulations to Yasmina for the very pleasant stay she reserved for us. Francis of Ischia
