Overall good
Simple and essential room, it was fine for what we needed as a base. Friendly staff.
The bathroom is old and should absolutely be renovated as even if it is clean it still has a feeling of "old". The bathroom fixtures are yellowed and the drain is half broken.

Comfortable accommodation with large and sunny rooms, breakfast deserves it!
Hearty breakfast and very attentive staff. The ground floor apartment has a large communal garden. Ideal for those traveling with children. The embankment at your doorstep.
Roseto is not very attractive as a tourist center, but it is a good starting point for visiting the coast or villages in the hills.
