The house has been recently refurbished and furnished with taste and simplicity, with great indoor space but a great place for summer al fresco dining! the house is equipped with everything, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave, oven, espresso machine, cooling evaporator for the street ... Serena is very attentive and super present in case of problems, at home I found everything from lemongrass candles to the beach towels, umbrella and beach ... coffee pods, detergents ... everything ... location is great for visiting beaches, cultural attractions ... restaurants ... supermarket ... pharmacy and medical care ... thanks for everything Serena see you soon

An old Sardinian house, renovated with great taste. The outside space is also very beautiful.

The house is new, just renovated and with every comfort: the kitchen is equipped with everything, including an oven and microwave, dishes and pots of all kinds. Perfect if you want to eat at home on the beautiful outdoor patio. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with a TV, comfortable beds and two bathrooms with large walk-in showers, perfect for returning from the beach. We traveled by car and you can park it on the street in front of the house, you don't pay for parking, the area is quiet and the road is quiet as there are very few cars passing by. The location of Riola Sardo is strategic to reach all the beaches of Sinis, being in the center and practically 15/30 minutes from all the most beautiful beaches both in the north and in the south. The city has an excellent supermarket with a good assortment and many small shops. It was a wonderful holiday for us and the owner was very accommodating!

Cozy apartment with all amenities. It is just 10/15 minutes from the beautiful quartz beaches. Serena, the owner, gave us very helpful advice on places to visit and restaurants in the area and also allowed us to find a range of breakfast items. The real highlight, however, is the garden, partly with a veranda, where you can relax and enjoy absolute privacy. A great stay, definitely recommendable.

The house has been refurbished in impeccable Campidian style, with comfortable rooms and cozy bathrooms. Very well maintained and welcoming Mediterranean garden with outdoor shower, very comfortable when returning from the sea. There is also a barbecue area in the protected corner of the garden.
