Exceptional
Excellent location, a stone's throw from the port and the beach of Rio Marina. Spacious structure with two large bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Cleanliness and order are provided.
The description refers to the terrace / balcony, but in fact it is the entrance to the house, where you can stay outside, but without a view (if not to the street). The stairs were not a problem, but in the description I would point out that to get to the house, you need to go up the stairs.

Great apartment and great value for money.
I liked everything, as the apartment is equipped with all the amenities after a recent renovation, so I couldn't even dream of better. Even if there is no dedicated parking, you can still leave your car a few meters from the house. I have never had any parking problems.
I cannot comment on any negative points without encountering them during my stay.
