The people who work there have nothing to do with it but the structure at the entrance before the lift has several steps ... for an elderly person or one who has difficulty walking it is not the best

The location was excellent since it was right in front of the sporting event where we were participating! The staff is very kind and gentle, and the breakfast is delicious. Our daughter also enjoyed the Play Room.
The heating was on and to my liking the room was a bit warm.
