The breakfast was of poor quality and the organization of the tables is a bit confusing. The Knep path provided in the package only partially worked. The pool needs more regular maintenance (maybe it was late season - if that can be an excuse). The rest of the reception and the room are all right

The hospitality of the staff was excellent, the shuttle to the beach was flawless thanks to Brian! Lido on the beach and great sun lounger service thanks to Francesco! And fun activities and entertainment thanks to Francesco Full and really good breakfast, all espresso! Thank you for letting us have a wonderful week of vacation

WI-FI does not work at all and in 2022 this element cannot be UNDERESTATED MY BED CITIES!!! AND HORRIBLE PILLOWS! the stars are a merit and they must be respected otherwise they could disappear with the signals. I asked for a better room and pillows as a memento instead of wool as I had an allergy, they didn't have it.. absurd.
