The beds were not made and the linens were not the best: clean but old sheets (sheets except pillowcases) and not enough towels for the family (there were no large shower towels).

Unfortunately some details have had a negative impact and I want to point them out because I hope this gets better! Firstly, if you do not indicate that the apartment is inside the Orso Bianco residence, you are difficult to find (the owner on the phone. She seemed almost annoyed by the call and was surprised that no one knew her apartment! I asked several people.. Especially, that there are not 2000 structures .. Call!) !3 ° usually in the apartment I find refueled bed and anyway decent sheets and towels.. stained mattress, piles of old sheets with holes and not quite fresh linen smell!! The same with towels. There was not even a large shower towel! Also there was not enough hair dryer 😬 4th cleaning is better because there was a lot of dust and the carpet is FULL of white wool (I think from a dog)!!! Hygiene is the bare minimum I think. 5th soundproofing is missing unfortunately.. I would have no reason to say things that are not true and I assure myself that I adapt to everything.. But so many things come together so frankly they have been harassing me since I paid.
