On the mountain in Porto Santo Stefano
Large holiday apartment with good amenities. nice terrace
The mosquito nets on the terrace were broken so that the terrace could not be used, there was no washing machine either. The staff didn't care after 4 days even though we called and sent a message via booking.com. The dishwasher didn't work. There were z.t. in the consoles. empty batteries. There are about 300 steps to the place.

New apartment but cleaning needs improvement
Free parking space right in front of the front door and very comfortable, good place outside for drying clothes, new furniture, double tv (kitchen and bedroom), comfortable mattress.
The cleanliness of the apartment was not the best: a dirty and completely unwashed stove, frying pans still dirty with oil, soiled cups... And the air conditioning filter in a very bad condition (we preferred to never turn on the air...)

It is not possible to offer a room with a bunk bed outside the apartment, but with access from inside the dressing room of the bedroom, which opens into a small room, passing on top of the bunk bed mattress and into a pit measuring 2 meters by 1 meter without air conditioning. misleading advertising

Nice place but expensive in my opinion, for this price it's better to look in time
Good location 10 minutes from the center of porto s stefano but you have to walk and climb stairs to go down and up on foot
Everything was clean as far as towels etc but general cleanliness was not the best
