The villa is a dump, a garage with furniture. The bathroom is all broken, traumatic, does not work. The "summer shower" is only cold and is nothing more than a shower head attached to a hose in the corner of the garden, where there is no slope and the water stagnates (mosquitoes ...). There was a problem with the air conditioners, because in the rooms there is a condensate drain in the bathroom, where there is a bucket that you must not forget to empty, otherwise everything will flood, and the one in the living room has a motor in the garden. which does not drain well through the pipe and floods the porch. Electricity is often cut off because it cannot hold two air conditioners, heaters and a water pump, so as a result you have to constantly turn on and off various devices depending on what you are using. Another problem is the entrance doors: the door to the living room closes only from the outside with a bolt and a lock, so every time you have to close on one side and re-enter on the other, then it would be enough to put the lock as it is in the front door. These are all small problems that affect your vacation in one way or another. In any case, the manager said that they are expecting a refurbishment soon, so the overall judgment is not negative, but rather based on trust, because if you fix these small flaws, the house will be perfect!

Disgusting smell coming from a cesspool at the level of the main bathroom. Very poor condition of the gates and walls around the villa. However, the ad did not indicate the lack of drinking water.
