An enjoyable experience to repeat
Room with private bathroom, very comfortable bed (the best sleep during these holidays), possibility of using the common areas such as the kitchen and fridge (taking care of them), small terrace where you can have breakfast and drying racks available for towels and costumes. We were lucky with our room neighbors with whom a beautiful Romagna-Sardinian friendship was born. The village and its festivals are cute, the people are very kind and hospitable.
Lack of air conditioning which would have been appreciated during the day of our stay. Fans are however made available, at night you can sleep with the windows open because the temperature drops a lot and consequently you can sleep well. Except that if you keep the window open you can hear the concert of the hunting dogs in the area haha

The position is tactical but the structure needs to be improved
We liked the kitchen side
So many things to improve, privacy needs to be studied again, cleaning up and offering an outdoor space for example the garden since the terrace is small, putting Wi-Fi and a TV in the rooms too, reviewing the lighting which is too cold, the mosquito nets also in the bathroom, air conditioning, multiple keys for the locks..

I advised!
Excellent location for exploring the area of Sant'Antioco, Teulada and Iglesias, very clean and well equipped. Coexistence is favored by large common spaces and excellent organization of them. Owner very kind and attentive to the care of his wife and guests.

Decidedly new, bright and spacious house near the city and 2 / 3 km. from Giba. There were some details left to be sorted out, which owner Marco said he would fix for next season. Friendly host unobtrusive and helpful. Good location to get in 30/40 minutes to great and beautiful beaches and towns. I would like to point out that we benefited from the exclusive use of the house because we were the only guests at the time. I don't know what co-management with other tenants is.
We did not find any negative elements. One detail, the lack of a lampshade on the bedside tables, but I think that's part of the arrangement.
