The location right by the sea is unique. From the parking area, a modern elevator will take you to the lower floors, i.e. to the restaurant and to the rooms, very convenient. Private sea pool, that could be perfect.
The whole hotel has a faded charm and is in dire need of refurbishment and could be the best in town.

Very shabby hotel, not particularly clean. Breakfast 1 cheese, 1 ham, industrial cakes, no vegetables and fruits (in Italy!) on the buffet. The dining room window is very dirty. The flowers are drying on the terrace because no one is watering..
located along the coast, easy to find, the hotel offers a strategic vantage point with a private beach for a fee, but it deserves it!
nicely refurbished furniture would make a great hotel, starting with a parking lot that has an enviable sea view...how about buying bike racks and keeping them in order instead of tying them randomly under a hotel sign 🧐
