Passable
Nice view ,,, but there are many stairs to be mentioned
45 steps to the apartment and it is tiresome with suitcases .. not suitable for older people especially steep stairs to the bedroom ....

No thanks, never again
the balcony is really beautiful with a view
Unfortunately, this was not at all in line with our hygiene standards. The floor is disgusting, all the dishes and utensils are stuck or not quite clean. The water always jumped between super-hot and icy, so you couldn't take a relaxing shower. Even in the bathroom we only wore shoes. Luckily we brought our own bed linen and towels. Unbeknownst to us, however, you will also have to bring bath rugs and tea towels.

Would highly recommend to families.
The welcome was lovely, perfect location and great views. Convenient access to the free beach. Nice and cozy residence.
Inability to watch Italian TV and lack of Wi-Fi. (Some Italian operators have no cellular connection, given their proximity to the Swiss border)

Well, for a few days.
The best thing about the apartment is the view of Lake Maggiore from the balcony.
Decoration. Too many decorations, too many things. The lighting in the living room is rather poor. No toaster.
