wonderful view, cozy and artistic house
the view is wonderful the house is welcoming with an artistic and warm decor the owner was welcoming, kind and helpful
4 out of 6 mattresses need to be changed, boarded up and with springs jumping. the extractor hood in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned in years.

A priceless view for this home that smells like family!
The size of a really large and spacious apartment, 3 bathrooms very useful in company, numerous books and DVDs available for guests, owner availability, free parking just a few minutes from the house, but above all, the view of the Tuscan hills and mountains: truly priceless !
We had a small misunderstanding with the boiler upon arrival which was quickly sorted out by the owner after we contacted her. I would like to recommend an apartment for people with disabilities or the elderly. From the parking lot to the apartment there is a short but intensive climb with luggage.

Exceptional
Excellent hospitality and help from the owners, the house is absolutely alive, nothing is missing, it seems like in your own house. Large rooms with all amenities
Unfortunately there is no air conditioning here, probably not necessary during a typical summer, but unfortunately we stumbled upon the hottest week ever recorded in the area and we were hit hard by the heat in the building. The very kind hosts immediately went out of their way to bring fans and a portable air conditioner that was doing something.

Fantastica esperienza!
Maria Pia was very helpful even on arrival, very late waiting for us to hand over the keys. The rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and quiet. On arrival we found milk, croissants and biscuits and the kitchen was fully functional and equipped (we even have oil, vinegar, salt and pepper at our disposal). Everything worked fine.
