good accommodation in a quiet residential area
All windows had spotless mosquito nets which is very important here. there were two of us so this size is very comfortable good size not a touristy place quaint village that has all the shops you need
my wife found the bed too uncomfortable, I had no problems unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes, the accommodation is of course not responsible for this

positive impressions of a relaxing holiday.
a warm welcome, very kind owners and ready to provide any useful information. The hotel's location is strategic for visiting part of the Tuscan Maremma and part of the Lazio region. Very beautiful sandy beaches, which can be reached by highway.
the only negative is mosquitoes, but they are everywhere now.

Beautiful house with a garden and a parking space, we were very pleased.
Helpful and friendly owners, the house was well maintained, tidy, clean and fresh, we did not use the air conditioning. Good location to get to the beaches. The garden was amazing with parking and a comfortable patio.
