The bathroom is normal in terms of equipment.
We booked 3 nights and left after the first. Giardino = a garden is a temporary storage of bulky waste. Without a key, the apartment could not be locked. The upper 70 cm are missing from the wall in the corridor and in the stairwell, i.e. no privacy. The freezers were completely covered in mold, the whole apartment was unkempt and dirty. Furniture and other clutter that is randomly placed and often does not work is best thrown into bulky waste. The photo sent with directions from Google Street View is of a house next door. How the 9.1 rating was obtained is a mystery - or not.
Great location for sightseeing, close to attractions but away from the chaos. We were warmly welcomed by Patricia, the owner, who spoiled us with surprises, lots of food for breakfast and sweets upon arrival. Recommended for families.
The owner Patricia is very kind and helpful, she also made us find the desired dessert. Most of the rooms are cozy and the bathroom and kitchen are practically new. The interior is cozy and well decorated.
Unfortunately the exterior leaves a lot to be desired, not very finished and not the best at first glance. The sofa beds are a bit uncomfortable and the glass door in the large room is not very functional. It's not very easy to find.
