Ten because you can't give eleven!!
The apartment is very well kept, a short distance from the historic center of Perugia. Claudia was very kind to us, she provides guests with all the essential products for the kitchen and bathroom, details that are always nice and make you feel welcome! A wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

Advantages and disadvantages
Very good location, atmospheric historic district. great views. great cleaning
The building has very steep stairs to get to the apartment. Fridge is too small and doesn't cool well. They need to update the mattress. The washing machine didn't work and we only realized this after we put our clothes in and they got wet. Had to wash by hand. The host provided house laundry service, but for 11 days it doesn't give enough flexibility.
