If you go to Italy you must go to Perugia or if you go to Perugia Diomede house is the best option, your hosts,

Super recommended
Very comfortable apartment, with all amenities, clean and well maintained. Great location, in the center, close to many clubs, but absolutely quiet. It conveys calmness. The owner is helpful and polite.

Great place with history
The location is excellent for visiting the city. Very central and at the same time quiet. Keep in mind that there are stairs here, as, indeed, in the whole city. The apartment has everything you need and even more. The rooms are spacious, very good beds and everything is very clean. Breakfast consists of prepackaged bread and biscuits, yogurt, milk and sweet spreads. However, a supermarket is nearby.
