The price is in line with the market, but this is true if the ad shows the photos of the property correctly.
Francesco was very kind in welcoming us and also made us think.
There is no air conditioner. The photos are not of the apartment I stayed in but when I was there there was little I could do to ask for a refund and change accommodation. In terms of price and quality, we are not, it should cost at least 30% less than the apartment that happened to us.

Misleading
Location and view
Assuming the photos are misleading as they ONLY depict the 6-bed panoramic apartment upstairs occupied by the owners, not the two-room apartments downstairs. SALTS under running water, rinse with bottles for 10 days. No BIDET. No privacy as the patio is not fenced in and is very dangerous for young children.
