only one improvement that can be recommended: the placement of an air conditioner in the living room and in the side room.
There was powerful and good air conditioning in 2 of 3 bedrooms. It would not have been habitable without it. Large, beautiful patio on the 2nd floor with a great view of the sea. Was used as a dining area both morning and evening. The pool was large and child-friendly. The nearest town is charming and has everything you need in terms of shops and restaurants. Great promenade and restaurants facing the water. Not too touristy yet. There is a freezer in addition to the fridge so that you could make ice cubes or freeze bread (as we chose to do). Good that there was an option for laundry with a washing machine in a shed on the outdoor terrace.
A bedroom without air conditioning. We did not use this to close it off. The apartment had a "conservatory", but with glass facades without sun protection, this became like a greenhouse and could not be used. Unfortunately, there was little living space other than the dining room in the apartment. After 14 days, you were a bit tired of the fact that a dining chair is the only seating option you have. The pool is not adjacent to the house, so you have to walk a bit. No more than 80–100 m. But it's so much that you have to pack what you're going to take with you, because it's not just going in and out. It is not walking distance to the city nor to the sea. Even though it says that it is only 300 m to the water, it is not possible to get to the water there, you have to go 2 km to the town to get to the water. Since the house is high up on the hill, it can also be difficult to both walk and cycle to town. You almost have to have your own car. As this is an apartment complex, everyone shares the pool and this has opening hours, closed somewhat in the middle of the day. It also closes at 20:00 in the evening. A bathing cap was required for all bathers. We were allowed to borrow that. Generally speaking, it is clear that this is a pure rental apartment because it is generally poorly equipped, with, for example, only 5 drinking glasses. There was also no dishwasher. You have to buy everything you need because there is nothing left for use from previous guests such as: washing-up liquid, hand soap, washing-up liquid, table rags, spices, cooking oil etc. We have traveled a lot and seen a lot, perhaps the experience has made us a little demanding. But it's these little details that make it easier when you're only going to be there for a few days. In summary, I therefore think that the grade is generally too high in relation to what you get - can get with the same score. But a good place all in all.
