Umbria in a strategic location and away from the crowded roads
Polite, clear and helpful Francesco, our contact for a welcome. The structure's location is excellent in terms of our need to have a base in the center of the area that allows for naturalistic and cultural excursions. The apartment is well insulated, both acoustically and in terms of thermal excursions. Absolute purity. What was stated in the presentation on Booking is true. Furniture, kitchen equipment and household appliances are new and in perfect condition. The wide availability of parking is useful, even in shady places. The adjacent garden is also large. The proximity of State Route 77 makes travel easy. Overall a great experience.
The apartment was renovated and put into operation quite recently and only a few small details in the furniture are missing (additional shelves, shelves, several hooks for clothes), but it is clear that the completion is underway and adjustments will take place in a short time.
