The location of the property is strategic and close to everything Gardaland Moviland Caneva Lake Verona etc etc gift everything within 10km quiet location including parking inside I can only recommend it

Some improvements that need to be made to be optimal
The location is excellent in relation to the various attractions that are in the area. The bathroom, although unique to the entire apartment, has a double sink, two hair dryers and a shower. There is also a dishwasher, albeit without tablets, which we had to buy on our own.
In the description of the accommodation it was said about the bathroom in the room, but in fact the bathroom is unique to the entire apartment. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable and noisy and the two children's beds sink into the ground. So out of 6 beds only 2 are comfortable.

overall good, but a bit overpriced.
It was very clean and comfortable.
the house and yard need a new look. The folding beds in the next room should be against normal beds being exchanged.
