If not for the location, it would be great!
Fantastic view, well-equipped house, attentive and helpful host, very good services.
Mainly the location. If you want to use the house as a base for the region (Luca, Pisa, Cinqueterre) it takes 45 minutes to go up / down, with a road with many curves and dangerous (stretches where only 1 car can pass). In addition to the lack of communication with the company that manages the reservations, as they wanted to charge the cleaning fee at checkout again.
