The apartment is furnished in traditional Sardinian style. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a mini-fridge, safe and many other amenities.
Bosa is 42 km from La casa Gaia, while Castelsardo is 39 km away. The nearest airport is Alghero Airport, 9 km away.
The second bed is too cramped for an adult
Simona has an impeccable house in its decoration and cleanliness. A very large garden, an excellent breakfast and fantastic personal attention. The breakfast based on organic products and fruit from their garden, everything excellent. On the day of departure, he prepared a picnic for us on the boat, at 3:30 in the morning.
I only have one complaint which was the wifi. It didn't work at all, although he said they would look into it. This is a handicap since nowadays we need it to organize visits, reservations, weather inquiries, etc...
I can't distinguish anything, I liked everything the decor, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the breakfast.
Nothing perfect
The two rooms in Simone's guest apartment were very clean and cleaned every day. In addition to the rooms and the bathroom, half of the garden with sun loungers was also available. There is a small fridge and toys for children. Simone is a warm hostess. Every morning there was breakfast with homemade cakes. The fruits were from the garden. Also the location is good. With a rental car, you can quickly reach any beach from Alghero to Stintino.
There was nothing wrong with that!
The perfect place to visit or visit the beach. Spacious room/apartment (living room with 2 single beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed), very nicely decorated with faience and embroidery, like in magazines. Very well equipped and clean. Very nice garden, quiet. Quality breakfast (all organic), homemade and filling. Perfect reception until the owner demands 50 euros for a broken part in the bathroom (see below).
We stayed 2 nights and when we returned from our 2nd day visit we were surprised to find the bill for the stay on the table. According to the owner, we would break the pull-out part in the shower to hang the hand shower. I planned to go tell him before this surprise that I found this piece fragile, there were pieces of plastic left in my hands. She beat me to it by stating that our 16 year old daughter must have been pulling too hard on the shower head. We paid for not making a fuss, and above all for the fact that we could not explain ourselves in Italian. In any case, I consider it tactless to charge a customer for wear and tear on a part. The initial impression is that you have been scammed.
