A sheer letdown!
The host is very friendly, replies quickly, the location of the accommodation is good, nice view of the mountains in front of the apartment, there is enough parking space.
The apartment is carelessly furnished in the basement, not on the ground floor. The bedroom has only a very small window to the street, only in the entrance area there is a window next to the door for ventilation. The apartment smells very musty, the walls have several black spots. The apartment was uncleaned, it appeared that it had not been used for several months. There were edges in the toilet, the shower was dirty, the towels had stains. We could only cook with one pot because the pots didn't fit the stove. It's a shame - there's actually more to it if you take care and want to make the guest's stay pleasant.

Quality / comfort of the apartment
The fact that the hotel is located in Oliena has made it far from some of the beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
