The air conditioning turned out to be broken, not nice when it is almost 30 degrees inside. It was not dealt with honestly and was not repaired. There was dried poop on the bidet tap, it was so dirty... We couldn't fill the sink in the bathroom and kitchen with water, it was also broken. The outdoor lamp on the roof terrace, which you can reach via the central hall and 2 flights of stairs, was broken. Fortunately, a resident in the complex was able to put in a new one, otherwise we would be in the dark. There was also a broken lamp in the bathroom. The oven was defective upon arrival, but we got it working again ourselves. The power goes out very often and the WiFi also regularly does not work. All in all very poor value for money…

- The residential block is on a fairly busy main road. On the one hand, therefore, it is quite noisy at night - there are no 3 glazed windows - and on the other hand, this street must be crossed to get to the pool - despite the zebra crossing in Italy, a game of patience. - Air conditioning only in the living room - We were a little unlucky with the roof terrace as there was still rubbish from previous tenants, the large umbrella was out of order and we also found 6 wasp nests on the terrace (they were removed very quickly after being notified - a A part for the umbrella was also already in place, but not repaired during our stay)
