The house is big and the view is breathtaking. The owner is very kind, the only drawback is cleanliness, you need to be more careful. In addition, the apartment on the first floor, being an attic, has the disadvantage that the windows are in the ceiling, and the curtains do not hold well, so the light enters from early morning.
the house needs to be better maintained and cleaned better.

Very bad experience.
Communication. The owner is completely missing. No help. He doesn't answer the phone or email. There is no way to communicate. Uncomfortable position.

Fantastic view and location in a cozy house close to Nemi
Great views, good distance to town (which you can walk down to via a path) and a quiet area that didn't seem touristy because it's a bit above Nemi town. The host Roberto was very helpful and the house was well equipped.
The cleaning was not so good, especially in the kitchen.
