Poor and inefficient customer service The bed frame broke as soon as they leaned on the bed and they did nothing after countless reminders. They never brought extra towels. Never brought rags into the kitchen even though we were asked to do the dishes at our expense. The bed was never fixed and we were forced to sleep on the couch and no one came to look at the situation (after thousands of reminders and evidence photos).

as for me, the reception was really not excellent, as soon as I entered I found the house dirty, dusty, bathroom moldy, toilet poorly descaled, shower exactly the same with other people's pubic hair! I immediately started sending pictures to the owner asking for a possible cleaning, but I didn't get any help! uncomfortable bed with broken springs! As for the kitchen, this is not the place for those who have to stay there for a few days, however we found a coffee maker with someone else's coffee in it 😅! the location is great for traveling but remains too noisy !!!! like the structure itself, it is very beautiful, but there are too many details that you decide not to recommend to others !!! I hope you can realize that you must not only be able to take money, but also make your guest feel at home.

Check the cleanliness of the dishes left at the disposal of guests (cups, cutlery and glasses) and the kettle. The sponge for washing dishes was also missing.
