The problem is that my credit card was used on an online site based in Naples. And that 2 days after my departure, a strange coincidence especially when you know that my card spent the 4 days and 4 nights locked in the safe of the room. The rooms were very cold and the TV's didn't work properly.
Cleaning and breakfast were ok.
Apart from the intense noise, it seemed to be on the street. It's not a 4 star at all, maybe 2. Absurd that there were 4 stars and the word "hotel", they are apartments, the reception closes in the evening and there is nobody. It is a modest apart-hotel with few rooms disguised (inexplicably) as a 4-star hotel. I am speechless.
