Unfortunately I didn't have the audacity to take pictures to judge directly but the cleaning left a lot to be desired: the sheets had spots, there were cobwebs, dirty furniture and mirrors, two holes on the wall of the room and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The price was acceptable because it was low compared to the alternatives in the area but unfortunately not commensurate with what it provided. the apartment was very damp because it was marked as ground floor (the entrance was on the ground floor) but in fact under the garden area. impossible to stay in the room without feeling very cold (although it was hot outside) and smelling of humidity. Having read the previous reviews I asked on the phone if the apartment was on the ground floor and there were windows, I was repeatedly confirmed yes but once there, the apartment only had two small windows at the top that could be opened electrically. I did not use the kitchen due to lack of need and because the cleaning of the areas did not encourage me. we actually only slept one night out of the 4 booked because the humidity didn't allow me to and luckily I found support from friends. the garden is certainly beautiful but not usable for me due to the presence of a free dog (not reported at the time of booking), certainly very well behaved but unfortunately for me I am afraid of dogs, even if well behaved, free in the absence of their owners. also, I had a small dog with me (taken to overcome the fear) that would only cause more problems with the other dog. despite the goodwill of the landlady to get them to meet and overcome the problem, honestly I would have preferred to be aware of the presence of the dog before booking and not have to resolve dog compatibility while on vacation. moreover, during the only day in which I stayed in the room, a show was organized in the garden and access was only allowed for a fee (reduced)

Let's be clear: this accommodation is unsanitary, the pictures below speak for themselves. Instead of a "garden view apartment" you get a room in the basement without any comfort, with very high windows that let in little daylight. And most importantly, it is very damp here (walls and furniture are moldy) and dirty (dirty bedding, dust everywhere ...) When I woke up, my partner's legs were bitten. So we had to urgently find another BnB without being able to contact the owner who gave us a partial refund through Booking.

We booked an apartment with breakfast and garden view, when we arrived we had to wait half an hour even though we agreed on a time until the woman making the reservation arrived. Then our apartment was already occupied, so we were settled in the basement, the room was damp, moldy, there was a special smell, the bed linen was damp, the pillows and mattress were already ultra years old. When we took a shower, the bathroom was flooded and did not expire. The smell from the toilet is unacceptable the water in the sink drains after 15-20 minutes We talked to the owner Anna, she said that she had nothing to do with it, she passed it on booking.com and that there was no breakfast, she said that it was like this for two years, so we had to go shopping in the supermarket every day, for 10 days 180 euros and make ourselves breakfast. She also said that this basement apartment is only rented in summer, she gave us old towels to put around the toilet. The smell of mold was very unpleasant. We booked 10 days because it was Pentecost and all hotels and accommodations were fully booked. Thank God we spent the whole day walking around the sights, but returning home and sleeping spoiled our holiday.
