Good
The location is great. Piazza Garibaldi about 10 minutes walk. Supermarket on the street.
There was too little coffee. Unfortunately, there were no chairs for the balcony, so I had to take them from the kitchen. The air conditioner in the kitchen did not work. Some dishes are still lacking in order to be able to cook properly. Unfortunately there was only 1 glass of champagne. All the little things, but it's a shame!

Passable
The location of the apartment is inconvenient for walking around the sights. The area is neglected and dirty. The apartment is not designed for 5 people: a very small table for 4 people, kitchen utensils are also in short supply. The breakfast was poor and lasted for two of the 4 days booked.

Astonishing
The accommodation is generally very spacious and Nicola's attention (despite the parking).
I asked to reserve a parking space and parking was an adventure for me. I had to leave the car 600 meters away with the keys and pay € 15 per night instead of € 10 for advertising.
