Rest in greenery
You are sitting in the countryside overlooking the expanses of Tuscany. Pure pleasure. Most of the 8 houses are used as a holiday home and one is used by the caretaker of a small residential complex. So you are almost always alone in the complex and in a very clean pool. Only about 10 km from the FI-PI-LI expressway to Florence, Pisa and Livorno. Close to San Gimignano but winding road. Also positive: - There are 2 bathrooms with showers, on the top floor with a window, on the ground floor with an air vent. - We played table football every day - large kitchen - comfortable beds - Very clean
house guide was missing with important info about emergency phone numbers, local waste separation system, possibly also recommendations for nearby restaurants, malls, tv etc. (guide is said to be usually available) - kitchen a bit unconventional, no kitchen spoon - ugly sofas (beautiful baroque blue and gold sofa in photos replaced with dull grey), another with large mold spots covered with plaid - some components may be covered with a fresh coat of paint (has nothing to do with "vintage") or for example, the outside shutter of the patio door needs to be repaired. Despite all these shortcomings, I would book the house again. Adapters were provided upon request.

Very beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape of Tuscany. The holiday home is part of a well-maintained complex and is separate from a complex of houses that is apparently used as a holiday residence by Italian families. Really a very good place to relax and unwind in a private atmosphere.
We knew that the interior is quite simple. I would like to have WiFi, a dishwasher, a more extensive set of kitchen utensils (dishes are available only once for 4 people, wooden spoons, knives, ladles were completely absent). It is advisable to have a second umbrella, as the existing one is difficult to move due to a stable base. Television channels in German were not accepted.

Very beautiful quiet place with privacy, very friendly and uncomplicated hostess, great pool.
