SCANDALOUS
Sufficient breakfast
SCANDALOUS ..... from the incompetence at the reception to the room worthy of the 70s: tiny double bed, cheap second-hand market furnishings, unsightly bathroom with floor shower drain and plastic curtain, non-functioning television, two bedside tables and a single lamp. I wouldn't go back even if they asked me 20 euros (which maybe would be its price) instead of 75.

The room did not match the description
The room was given as 23 m2, it was a maximum of 12 m2. Booking.com allegedly sent the booking too late. Window was blocked with bunk beds. Bad service

With potential but could do better. Vote 6 but above all for the availability of the staff.
Nice hotel and excellent location. Breakfast sufficient but not beyond. Helpful staff and adequate cleaning.

Avoid absolutely
The proximity to public transport to reach Venice
Dirty, mold in the bathroom, tiles that were stained and cracked, cockroaches/bugs walking on the walls, smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Sheets of a worn white. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
