Comfortable and functional
The apartment has a great location and is equipped with everything you need. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.
It is a pity that there is no elevator (apartment on the last floor) and mosquito nets.

Everything is fine, just too warm. For 2 nights is ok.
The owners live next to the apartment. We called and they let us in immediately and gave us the keys. All without problems.
It was very hot, and the apartment was right under the roof without air conditioning. The location is ideal for the Lirica event in Piazza every year for 3 days at the beginning of August.

For the second year in a row we return to this cozy apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need. A stone's throw from the beautiful village of Massa Marittima and close to fantastic beaches with crystal clear waters. A few km from the beautiful lake Akchesa. Friendly and very helpful owners.

Cozy and comfortable
The house is beautiful and welcoming, well located in relation to the center of Massa Marittima. Very clean and also very pretty in decor. The area in which it is located is very quiet and well served by bars/tobacco/food, with parking available and suggestive characteristic views. . Margarita, the host is a sunny and hospitable person who was immediately available.
It was very hot in the room and with a fan this could be solved a little.
