The house was very spacious and surrounded by a very large paved and fenced yard. We were 100 meters from the sea and the vast wilderness along the sea. Tranquility, watch the rising and setting sun from the large flat roof terrace

All in all a positive stay, an apartment with a lot of potential, some improvements would be ideal.
we liked the space, the availability of parking, the proximity to the sea, the strategic position to reach the most famous seaside resorts on both coasts
the furniture needs improvement, in particular the bed (very old mattress) and the bathroom, the apartment remains a bit damp.

old furniture, mattresses to be replaced, I think the building has a lot of potential, it needs to be modernized a bit and it would be perfect
