Excellent value for money for a short time
The overall solution is an excellent compromise between quality and price. Better if there are only two of you, because the sofa bed is impractical to close, and if left open, the space will shrink a lot. The owners are very willing to solve any more or less serious problems, so undoubtedly positive. The location is the pride of this house, immersed in the natural hill of Capo Mimosa. It is very easy to reach the center both on foot and by car. The big surprise was the washing machine, which did not seem to turn on. Dogs are welcome.... positively.
The house consists of 4 apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the top floor. If I came back, I would choose the one at the top, of course, less humid. The furniture in apartment A2-112 is very outdated, the kitchen hood is not connected to provide suction, and the velvety fabric sofa, I think, is not the best solution for such a humid environment ...; also our apartment did not have a dishwasher which was present in others instead. As there is only a curtain on the outside terrace/veranda as a divider between the apartments, one should hope to share the period of stay with quiet "neighbors", preferably without whining and squealing children....which can ruin the holiday this wonderful place offers.

In my opinion, it would be appropriate to add some tools for cleaning the house, even just a sponge for washing dishes. The sofa bed is rather uncomfortable
