The benevolence and responsiveness of the owner
The lack of a kitchen, but the owner explained the reason to me. It was fine for us as it was only one night. I strongly recommend indicating in the advertisement the absence of equipment (food warmers, microwaves or electric stoves) to meet the needs of those who would like to stay there for longer. The apartment is new and clean, a fridge and air conditioners are available both in the bedroom and in the kitchen.

For now the structure is sufficient but with a few details it would make a great B&B.
Excellent location, that is, on the access road to the city. If there was a parking lot, it would be much better for safety, because it is not explained how the parking lots are filled during the day, and at night the road is empty from 21.00. Pretty good housekeeping. However, it is a good accommodation at a reasonable price considering we are talking about a B&B so I would recommend it.
The breakfast is very lacking, even if the request to have at least some milk was granted, it is really not enough: some yogurt, 5 grain croutons, coffee in a jar to be made with moka in a very bare part of the kitchen, a kettle and various tea bags (green ginger etc. etc.) I would say a little ... the room has a small 2-door wardrobe, not even a lampshade and I think it is necessary to have some additional wardrobes where you can place suitcases for a longer stay . There is little work to be done to make it great. There are two flights of stairs so I don't recommend it for those with lower limb problems.
