The only positive point is the location.
Position
Bathroom full of mold on the walls. Stripped furniture. Bad cleaning. Boiler under the mezzanine bed .... noisy.

Accommodation Lake No! Accommodation Mountain Ok!
the location is very good, right on the lake and within walking distance to Lecco
The accommodation Lake has a disturbing noise (similar to construction fans) which constantly makes noise. In addition, the accommodation smells very unpleasantly, probably due to a mold problem. The Mountain accommodation was ok, the Lake accommodation is not recommended.

The house is located on the lake front, with a small garden in front, a sitting room with a comfortable sofa and a TV
Apartment needs a renovation, old furniture, heated towel rail in the bathroom to be replaced, and mattress with uncomfortable pillows.
