Cleanliness, friendly welcome and availability of a contact person. Excellent position.
Only hot water came out of the bidet, I would say boiling, it was impossible to use. The pillows are too soft, a bit uncomfortable, but I still slept great.

No, we could have chosen better.
The hotel is close to Lecce and the Ionian Sea (Porto Cesareo & co). There are several services nearby (recommended New Frontier for breakfast and Tutto Pronto for gastronomy with high-level dishes) Simple breakfast, but there are mochas and ground coffee. Mauro was helpful and responsive. Go there, period !!!!
